Office Manager, Chartered Accountant, and holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration. She began her career with the firm performing audit assignments and assisting clients with their account management, before becoming Office Manager, providing legal and employment advice.

She also oversees the firm's quality audit processes while serving as the primary liaison with Russell Bedford International (RBI). She ensures that internal procedures comply with international quality standards and supports the firm's continuous improvement initiatives.

Soumia holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages ​​with honors, including interpretation (French, English, and Spanish).
